Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates & Costs

We offer transparent shipping rates calculated at checkout:

Standard Delivery (1–3 business days):
- Orders under £10.00: £3.49 shipping fee.
- Orders of £10.00 or more: Free Shipping.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Delivery Address Accuracy

To avoid delays or delivery failures, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. SAKA LTD cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect from the courier, we will reach out to arrange next steps. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel must be re-sent.
