Returns & Refund Policy – Theoni Olive Oil by SAKA LTD

Theoni Olive Oil is operated by SAKA LTD.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- New, unused, and unopened
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail.

Return Shipping & Labels

For unwanted or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging the return label.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us first. In these cases, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange the return at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

- Opened food products, including olive oil
- Products where the seal has been broken
- Products that are not suitable for return for health, hygiene, or food safety reasons once opened
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

- Contact us to request an exchange
- Return the original item once approved

We will arrange the exchange or advise you to place a new order, depending on the situation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
